Will my iPod touch 4g have any problem getting replace since I had it engraved? My only option is to return to apple's online store as I have no apple store near me. My light leaks are pretty bad to and on both sides. Will there be any problems ?

Shouldn't be a problem since it's not your fault. I just wonder how long are they going to exchange devices because of lightleaks. The return flow seems tremendous, according to the number of reports here.
Eventually they soon will declare it as a feature and offer some sort of free bumper(or electrical tape) like they did with the iphone4 before.

I don't think so. You bought it and it should be without production errors. An engraving does not play a role I suppose.
