Will my iPod touch 4g have any problem getting replace since I had it engraved? My only option is to return to apple's online store as I have no apple store near me. My light leaks are pretty bad to and on both sides. Will there be any problems ?

Shouldn't be a problem since it's not your fault. I just wonder how long are they going to exchange devices because of lightleaks. The return flow seems tremendous, according to the number of reports here.

I don't think so. You bought it and it should be without production errors. An engraving does not play a role I suppose.
So I sent it in to apple and now it says product replacement pending anybody know how long it will take them to get it back to me since i wanted to keep my engraving?
