Standard and Enhanced Dictation are not working on my Mac mini. I tried resetting to default settings, and nothing happened. The microphone headset works, but doesn't type from speech to text. Any help would be appreciated.

Using headset, and iPhone and Logitec (H111) types
Mac pics up sound and "Standard Dictation" works, but "Enhanced Dictation" does not.
