OS X Enjoy controller mapper download?

So, I've accidentally deleted the Enjoy.app that was installed on my computer and now I need it again.
It's free a game controller mapper that was very simple to use and configure.
The download site was originally at http://abstractable.net/enjoy/ but the domain has expired or something so I can't download it from the site anymore.
Does anyone have it installed on their computer? If so, can I get a copy of it?

I've been going through an old back-up disc and found these installers for the Enjoy controller mapper app. I know it's somewhat late but maybe they're still of use to someone.
