iOS Enrolling to iOS Dev Progr. with Mac (EDU price)

I'm about to buy iMac with EDU discount (I'm student). In regulations there is a statement that says: "If you buy your iMac with EDU discount, you have to use it to learn, not to earn (money)".

So, when I buy iMac with EDU discount will I be able to enroll to iOS Dev Programme and be able to sell apps on App Store?

You will without a trouble. But basically, the discount is made for students. if you in the end make money of it, I don't think they will scan your IP and come hunt you down (well it's apple, you never know 😛)
