Entourage 2008 constantly asks for incoming access permission

Recently, Entourage 2008 has starting asking for permission to allow incoming connections every time I open it. I have the Firewall set to allow specific applications and services, and Entourage is listed as allow.

I have repaired permissions, but that hasn't helped, and a google search hasn't turned up anything useful either ...

Ideas?

What version of Entourage are you using? As of today, we're at 12.1.9. What version of OS X are you using?

Have you tried to repair your Keychain? The Entourage MVPs have some information about doing this: troubleshoot the Keychain.

I'm running OS X 10.5.7, and I was on 12.1.7, I don't know why ... I'm updating and repairing the keychain, and will post back the results.
