Entourage 2008 help pls!!

I've been using Entourage for work (Im the only mac user), Its been fine, but today its stopped working for no apparent reason. I keep getting the below message. I have re-installed it but still cant get it to work. We use Exchange 2003 so I cant even use the new Outlook 2011 app.
Pls help.
