I have gotten a "corrupt database" error twice in 2 days on Entourage. I am wondering if it might be a sign of a bad or failing hard drive. I wouldn't be concerned too much normally but you would not believe the bad luck I have had with the new MacBook Pros. That and:

I have been using Entourage for years. I have never had any errors from it before 2 days ago when I received and loaded all my software onto replacement uMBP #5 (long story) via Time Machine. This is the third time i transfered everything using time machine and it has always worked fine.

Am I just being too sensitive?

Please no advice to switch to mail. I do very much prefer Entourage over mail and do not wish to switch.

I think it's something to do with the application itself. Had a customer with a similar problem, not sure if it's the same database but it had to do with Office. What we tried is multiple reinstalls and updates but that failed to solve the problem. I advised customer to call up Microsoft. Good Luck.
