Entourage Exchange Sync (notes & tasks)

I am wondering if anyone knows if Notes and Tasks sync with Exchange server using Entourage? I and not seeing a sync with the server and hence my Outlook Web Access and Blackberry.

Any info on how to make these
this would be great.

Notes and tasks are not synced with Entourage, seems to be a issue with microsoft. You wil have to use the workaround suggested above.
