Entourage, Not Responding

I'm having some issues with entourage, everytime i open it up, i get the spinning beach ball and it tells me that it's not responding. I've updated it, and still no luck. anyone else having this issue? any help is appreciated.

Have you downloaded the most recent patch update from Microsoft for Office 04?

I've been getting the same thing, but it's random.

Can't force quit, have shut down using the power button.

MacBook 2 GHz, 2 GB Memory
OS X 10.4.9, 10.4.10 or 10.4.11
Office 2004, Entourage 11.3.6
