I am using Entourage 2008 for mac for work. I have two email accounts set up on it that I need to check. I have the Send & Receive All schedule set on a Repeating Schedule to go every 1 minute and at start up (it's checked "only if connected"). The Receive All action for both of these email accounts are checked on this schedule. And the "Enable" box is checked. However, I do not receive any mail unless I physically hit the "send & receive" button, refresh- or some times both. This is frustrating because unless I remember to continually go in and refresh both email accounts, I do not receive my emails! My coworkers couldn't figure it out either. Can someone help me??
