I am currently using Entourage to access all my work email accounts. Does anyone know a way to set it so it asks for a password to open Entourage. Right now anyone can just open the program and read through my emails. I know there use to be a script for OS 9 that did it but I couldn't get it to work with OS X. What do you guys suggest using?

you could leave out the passwords for each account in your POP3 setup, then Entourage would ask for each password while it's logging on to check your accounts.

While that will help, it doesn't prevent mail that is already downloaded onto the computer. I need something that doesn't allow Entourage to open until a password is entered. Is there something you can add into Switch Identy. It doesn't make sence, you can choose an account but it doesn't require a password.

Yeah, I see about already downloaded emails. Wonder if you check the MicroSoft web site about Entourage support?
