Entourage Text Colour

Hello,
i have a question about Entourage. At work here we have version 11.2.3.
My Entourage is working fine, but one of my collegues has a problem.

When she wants to use a different text colour in a new mail, Entourage shuts down. The only thing she does is pressing the 'change font color'-button, and Entourage just quits. I tried rebuilding the database, that did not help. Before I re-install the whole program, I would like to know if this is a common problem. Anyone knows about this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try finding the Entourage plist file and moving it to the desktop and relaunching the program. If it works, trash the desktop plist file.

Unfortunately, that did not help. The same problem occurs. But thanks anyway for the suggestion. 🙂

Does she have any problems with fonts in any other programs? Does she have fonts other than what came installed on the computer?

No. It is not a fontproblem. It is just that if she selects text, and wants to change the colour, the program stops. Her fonts work fine.
