I was wondering what that box was too.
Found it. It's an Elgato Stream Deck XL.

I didn't mention XDR, you did. I didn't say they're "doomed", you did.
Snarky mental gymnastics aside, yes, it's telling that there's not a single Apple device or peripheral in sight, and the running environment is not macOS either. The iPhones and tablets are still pretty good (for me anyways), but their Mac business and popularity, especially for actual Pro use, has pretty much collapsed.
Wow, that’s really cool!
I think the total lack of Apple gear on this shot, other than the iPhone, kinda speaks volumes about the setups of actual 'Pros' and not Youtube reviewers/professional advertisers.
He could be using a MacPro in that article? You can't see the computer at all so how do you know?
I’m my field we almost only use Macs, there are different kind of pros. Better tool for each job, I doubt making games for Windows is one where Macs are expected...
Well for a game developer yes. Web devs often sit with three screens connected to a Mac mini or a MacBook Pro. The equipment you use will always depend on your industry.
Technology is really amazing, imagine the other way around is that you have to animate the 3D model per frame I guess. Does this mean that anyone can create their own 3D animation movie now with stock 3D models? Maybe there are apps now that scans a thing-like a dog-and turn it into a 3D model too so you don't even have to create the models.
Sounds like you’d only be convinced Apple is doing well if “professionals” are shown in advertisements sporting Apple products.Lol you really sound like you’re having an episode. Relax?
Could be a Magic keyboard & mouse. Who knows. I’ve also written it above. Maybe read what people write instead of reading into things just to project?
Yeah. You could send intimidation stuff to those traitor mask-wearers. Genius. It actually might be kind of cool to use this as an additional level of realism in role-playing games. You would have to actually get into the character itself and your facial expressions will indicate to other NPCs your mood/state of mind. Think of skills such as intimidation, charming, etc. Of course something like this wouldn't be required, but could add more depth to gameplay for the users who want it.

What kind of industry is that? My understanding is that all software on Mac has similar or better options on Windows and the reason most people use Macs is their loyalty to the MacOS platform.
I am guessing that is because Macs are the only platform that can runt he 3 major operating systems, but that is about to fade as they release AMD macs that won't run Windows.

Mac gives you *nix with Outlook and Teams or *nix with commercial applications which until the Linux subsystem for Windows version 2 came out was the only option other than having two machines on the desk.
