epson v500 troubles

Does anyone have experience scanning medium format film with an epson v500 photo? im having troubles getting it to read the film properly. it cuts the photos in half.

well, this is embarassing. i had the film backward in the holder.

Also check in the preferences that you have the right size chosen. i.e. 6x6, 6x4.5.
