All iPads Epub books not syncing on my iPad running latest 14.x iPadOS

Hi I added a few epub books on my mac and for some weird reasons the books are not downloading to my same apple id IPad.

I’ve restarted my ipad, toggled books switch in iCloud settings but no success. Can anyone suggest any possible fix? Thanks

You're syncing VIA the Books app, right?

I had this same problem today and had trouble until I found the fix.

In iTunes, be sure to click on Books under Settings in the left column... then select Sync Books then All Books. This preserved my entire library of epubs and PDFs and their collection info

there is no itunes anymore ... which app do you mean?

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I'm still on Mojave. I would expect for Catalina/Big Sur, that it's the sync functionality of the Finder, and then check the Books section.

I deleted Books app on iOS, reinstalled it, then it synced 😆 problem solved.
