Hi guys,

I'm wondering how I can EQ individual drum tracks in Logic Pro X? I have got my drums split into hihat, snare, kick etc, but when I EQ one drum it seems to effect the whole track. I want to EQ the kick one way and the snare another way. Can anyone help please?

I feel like you are using a track stack that's set up funny maybe? How did you get the individual tracks (e.g. kick, snare) in the project originally?

Summing stacks essentially creates a bus. If you EQ the track stack, you'll EQ all of its tracks. Go to your mixer window or hit X keyboard command and you can EQ each individual track.
