EQ per track is stuck until description field is edited in iTunes 12.7.2.60

There is a bug in the current iTunes and the version before. I have some tracks that have EQ on and set to a user preset. In shuffle mode, when it goes to the next track and that track has EQ off, it does not play correctly but rather it gets stuck on the previous EQ preset. That is, until the description field of the current playing track is edited and enter is pressed. I am not sure this is the same with editing other fields.

Can anyone else confirm? Is there a way to get this brought to the attention of Apple? Using 10.12.6 Sierra.

Can anyone recommend a course of action to bring this to the attention of the devs?

This continues to be buggy. In addition, some tracks, downloaded for Beatport or from CD have volume settings that can not be changed.
