So This might sound stupid but does eralse all content and settings erase find my iphone? I bought a used 5c and from ebay and am currently waiting for my tmobile sim to get here and forgot to check to see if it was turned off.

Nope, I think when you do this it prompts you to turn it off. I don't think the erase all my contents works with find my iPhone on.
