Erased my back up Drive - Data recovery?

I had my back up drive hooked up to my comp to get some things off of it and the SHORT story is that I erased it trying to install windows on another drive. I did a QUICK erase.

Anyone familiar with a data recovery program?
I searched some threads but nothing solid.

My preferred method is using File Salvage (not free).

If this is your backup drive, then can't you just restored from the primary storage drive?
