Erased OS but old drive still there

Hello everyone
I erased my OS and reinstall but I guess it was doing it wrong as I ended up with this:

should I just erase the Macintosh HD - Data drive?
would doing that going to effect my current new OS in anyway?

It’s right because mines is showing the same thing after erasing the drive to install fresh OS

It is how the system partition the drive to install macOS so just leave it as is

That's how your disk should look after installing Catalina. The operating system is on "Macintosh HD" and all of your files are on "Macintosh HD - Data." If you erase the data volume, you'll lose all your data.
