I've got a jailbroken, unlocked iPhone 3G that I'm selling...how would I go about erasing all the apps, music, data, etc, on it, while still leaving it jailbroken and unlocked?

You have to reinstall iPhone OS and then rejailbreak and unlock it. Erasing all data in Settings application will make your iPhone stay on booting.

You cant delete all without restoring and rejailbreaking and unlocking again.
You can try deleting all your apps, music texts manually but it will take some time.

Based on some of the horror stories from those doing an erase all while being JB, I'd do the latter.

ahhh, that's unfortunate. Since I'm on 3.1.3 and I had to downgrade the baseband with fuzzyband, when I do the restore will I have to downgrade the baseband again?
