Note that SSDs are a bit different from HDDs. You won't have the secure erase feature that writes data multiple times as that is bad for an SSD and isn't all that effective. If you don't want the next owner to be able to recover your data, the best thing is to turn on FileVault2 so that it encrypts your data, and then erase.

Running Snow Leopard though. What about FileVault with that?
