Erasing and resetting AW7 for selling

Please can someone advise he exact procedure for this process as I am going round in circles trying to remove form Find my and erasing and unpairing What is exact way too do this

Thanks I followed this and it is done ! Hadn't realised unpairing would actually erase as well
