r.j.s Moderator emeritus Dec 15, 2009 #2 If you want to erase the entire drive, choose the Toshiba ... Macintosh HD is just the partition. Although, if you only have the one partition, it doesn't make that much of a difference.

Ya, I only have the one partition, but I want to put my Mac back to as factory as I can get it. Does that make a difference on which one I choose?
