Erattic Left Fan in MBP

Currently the left fan is at 7390 RPM where as the right is 2099 RPM. Sometimes the left fan will spin at the same speed as the right but only to ramp back up to 7K. I have cleaned the fans (they were already dust free) reset the SMC and PRAM and nothing seems to work. When I run apple hardware tests it hangs immediately.

Do I have a bad logic board or do you guys have other suggestions?

Well I sent it off to geek squad. I had an Samsung 840 and 8gb Kingston hyperx ram and I swapped it back to the original stuff and the left fan is still erratic.
