Ereader pro broken on iphone OS3.0

Ereader pro loses access to all but the current book in iphone OS 3.0.
renderering it semi useless.
Ereader/Fictionwise claims they submitted a fix to apple -a week ago ?
No word from apple about availability of this fix in itunes app store.😕
