I have been using the Kinesis Advantage 2 with my MBP 2016 for more than a year, and it's easily the best ergonomic keyboard I've used. Started having pre-RSI symptoms in late 2016 and after trying out multiple keyboards, I finally decided to bite the bullet and spend $300+ for the Advantage 2. Absolutely no regrets!
That being said, it does take a while to get used to. Especially if you're not a touch typist. But the best part is that it will make sure you become one
