Split condoms? A couple things to keep in mind:
1. Foreplay. Maybe she hasn't gotten wet enough before you put it in?
2. Don't puncture the condom accidently with nails or jewelry
3. Put water based lubricant on your bare dick before putting the condom on. Saliva or vagina juice works too, but you might get distracted and forget the condom...
4. Pinch the tip of the condom to leave room, and gently roll it down your dick.
5. Maybe put a bit of water based lube on the outside of the condom too.
6. Some girls have trouble getting wet, and can go a bit dry while you're in the act. This can also happen if you've been going for a long while. So if this is the case, you can apply some more water based lube midway throug sex. You don't necessarily have to fully pull out, but can dribble a bit on your half pulled out dick, as you slowly stroke it in and out once or twice.
