Erratic cursor movement on web sites

Recently, when I am entering text in Safari (such as typing right now), the cursor moves a few words back now and then… seems to be better if I type really slowly. Seems to occur mainly when I hit the space bar. Has anyone seen his before? Any idea why? (MBA 10.8.2, up to date)
