Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): Unknown error - why can't I get Google?

Hi everyone,

I keep getting the above message on Google Chrome and am failing to get any Google sites on Safari, Firefox or Opera. I have done an anti-virus scan and have changed proxy settings, but I'm not entirely sure if I've set them correctly as I have no idea what were originally 😕

Does anyone have any suggestions as my only other plan of action is rapid and repeated head to wall convergence 😉
