error 21..pwned dfu, iReb, custom FW 4.1, tinyumbrella

hello..have fw restore problem.. still error 21..i have itunes 10.4.1.10.. runned iReb from latest sn0wbreeze with congratulations screen..in pwned mode.. tinyumbrella with 4.1 shsh blobs..custom 4.1 from sn0wbrz for 4.1.. i think i tried everything..still error 21...here is a log.. tried install iPad baseband with redsn0w..it works..then restart..and nothing..device has IOS4.1 inside..please help...
