error #-34506

Heya all,

I am trying to create a DVD bout 1hr 10 mins long but i keep getting the error error #-34506 everytime i burn. I have 13 gig disk space. Is it another problem or do i need more space??

Is this using iDVD? Try dragging two files named com.apple.iDVD.plist to the Desktop. 🙂

I assume your using iDVD yeah? If so go into the properites and set the project to BEST PERFORMANCE isntead of best quality. This fixed the issue for me and I didn't see any drop in quality either.

i had a clip in DVD pro that wouldnt encode, one shot had a lot of black & white detail in it. It worked ok when i removed the shot!

As far as I know, there is no fix for this. I haven't tried since upgrading to iDVD 6, but iDVD 5 refused to work for larger projects for me.

It's a bit of a generic iDVD message which is why there are so many varied results with so many different fixes.
