iOS Error Adding UDID to provisioning portal

When i go to add my iPad that i just purchased, it gives me this error "Please use hexadecimal numbers only"

anyone know whats going on?

You used something else than hexadecimal numbers.

In all seriousness though, a UDID is 32 characters long and consists of letters and numbers only.

If u attach it to your Mac-Device. You can go to Organiser. u can copy/paste the UID to Provisioning portal 🙂

Just a note, we have a "Resolved: " thread prefix for that.
