Error message in visual hub - help!

ive just bought visual hub and trying to convert .avi files but keep getting this error message.

iTunes got an error: Can't make some data into the expected type. (-1700)

and ...

an error prevented Lost.SO3e1HR.HDTV.avi conversion from starting. see below for the explanation: Resampling with input channels greater than 2 unsupported.abort at ffmpeg.c:1574.


anyone know what this is and what i can do???
