Error message trying to stream from iPad 2 to Apple TV

jimmy buffett has set up a web site that broadcasts his concerts live.

works fine on the ipd2 but when i try to stream it to my atv3, i get a black screen with an error message on the tv.

Do you think this an issue with the web site or my wifi or the atv?
