error messages where to find info?

When burning or trying to burn dvd's I get this error message OX8002006E. I searched apples site but no luck.

Other users report similar problems here. There doesn't seem to be a simple solution, though many folks offer potential solutions you can try.

I assume you've tried a reboot -- have you tried relaunching the Finder?

Some folks here suggest you change the media to which you're tryting to burn.
