What is the correct phone number?

Looks like it's one digit shifted with the last number cut off, but the 676 part is weird. On my phone I have Apple Customer Service as:
800-692-xxxx
not
800-676-xxxx

Is the 676 number specific to billing questions?

Looks like the online store support for Canada (as seen on http://www.apple.com/ca/contact/ and based on the fact that the automated system is bilingual).
