error when opening adobe premiere

after installing adobe premiere i got the following message on opening it:

premiere pro has encountered an error.
[/Scully64/shared/adobe/Mediacore/ASL/Foundation/Make/Mac/../../Src/DirectoyRegistry.cpp-283]

what can i do too fix this problem??
