I was using the guide found on this page: http://ourcoffeestops.com/2009/01/guide-windows-7-x64-build-7000-on-a-macbook-pro/

to install Windows 7 RC, build 7100. (The guide above uses build 7000).

I downloaded the 64-bit drivers for Bootcamp, and installed. Everything seemed to go smoothly, but in the middle of the process, I got the following alert box error:

You have to run the 64-bit version of DPinst.exe on this machine. Contact the vendor that provided you this package.

The only problem I am having so far is connecting a bluetooth mouse. I am not sure if that is related or not. Anyone else run into this error, and have any insight into its meaning? Does it matter?

I just got the same error myself. Not sure what it is.
