errors after ios 6 upgrade

my home button works to put my phone in dfu mode but nothing else. just got the phone off ebay and found this was a weird problem to have. the camera shutter also stuck shut and the wifi doesnt work but one thing at a time. the wifi and camera doesnt really bother me right now i have restored over and over but still the same problems. if i plug the phone into the computer with the phone off it will turn the phone on into recovery mode, but if i turn it on when its not plugged in it boots just fine
