I am trying to download app updates, but I keep getting this.

"We could know complete your iTunes store request. An unknown error occured (-4)"

Anyone know what is going on?

im getting an error, cause it wants me to accept some new terms, but they're not giving me the option to. I think shazam is 17+. Which is also causing some issues.

I'm getting that same error trying to download 3.0. I assume it has to do with everyone trying to download the new OS right now.

it has actually become even worse in the past hour or so. Before I could actually click to download updates, followed by an error, now itunes wont even let me SEE my updates. Apples servers must be going all-out

Same. Seems that app store is completely down. Cant update, cant accept new terms. I can understand though, apple servers are working overtime right now.

at least they are doing this a couple days before the release of a new handset and not all on the same day like last year
