Whats the app called where
You type something in and it flashes what
You wrote in large letters across the ipod
So if u show it to someone sitiing far away they might be able to read it

These types of apps are "air writing" apps.
 
I know what you're talking about...

My friend just randomly used it in a car once, but it was like 3 years ago and she had a 2G or something.

I don't know what app it is but go to the app store and search random titles like Banner or stuff.

I think it's called Banner + LED
