iPhone 13 Pro Esim problems on Verizon

Got the 13 pro and Verizon can’t put both my numbers in the phone.

the 1st esim has my main number and the 2nd esim won’t take my second number.

they are putting a ticket in but I think this is just a known issue.

Any ideas?

Why not use a SIM card and the eSim.

Because the iPhone doesn’t come with a Sim card a physical Sim that is when you purchase it from Apple

My iPhone is SIM free and T-Mobile is going to send me a SIM card free of charge. I am using the eSIM at the moment. Get a SIM card from Verizon, problem solved.

Just go to Verizon and they will give you a SIM card.

But you see it’s supposed to work with no physical sim. Why do we have to make workarounds ?

You might as well just get a physical sim. Just because the phone doesn't come with one doesn't necessary mean you shouldn't use one. I have a 13 Pro max and regardless of wither SIM card came or not. I pretty much prefer a physical SIM card over an esim.
