ESPN World Cup app push notifications w/ iOS4

England just scored and I got zip...same all day yesterday. It was working perfectly prior to updating to iOS4, AFAIK it's properly configured and I do get notifications from Mashable...

Is it just me or has no one with iOS4 gotten push?

Well I also haven't been seeing notifications for the FIFA app but I have been seeing them elsewhere. I have a shipping/tracking app that has alerted me a few times on a few packages I'm watching. Also getting push on IM apps like trillian, and also games like Words with Friends. So I think overall push is working but the FIFA app for some reason isn't.

Sportacular for push notifications

Sportacular's alerts are working great for me - decent set of options for WC specific alerts, too.

Yeah, I set alerts to Sportacular after the England goal. Still no idea what's up with the ESPN app though, it also badly needs a multitasking + fast switch update. Hope they're working on it, there's still a good 3 weeks left of the WC.

Better than the ITV English app though...that one refuses to work at all under iOS4!!!
