ESR 3 in 1

Hi Guys I’m looking at the 3 in 1 ESR charger please can you tell me how strong the magnets are and does it move when lifting the phone off?
Does the cooling fan make much noise?

I have the 6 in 1. The fan is actually really quiet for now, but the bigger problem is that because of optimized battery charging, when the iPhone will allow the battery to trickle down and recharge, it'll keep activating the LED on the stand.
