I tested 3rd party pre-alpha build of Chrome for OSX, its tab on top is about the same as this one.
Not really, Chrome combines similar like Safari the tab and titlebar and it looks only different. Firefox with this theme has still a tab and titlebar.

Now I just need an addon to modified the tab position without changing my themes...
Would be as well easy possible with a few userchrome.css changes .. but it would need still many tab design changes.
But an extension for the default theme would be not very difficult.

PS. Is that Aronnax the same Aronnax here at MR? :D
yes
1. the theme has color mismatch with 3.6pre build, did 3.6 trunk has something different in color profile?
Where?
Currently should be only the list all tab button different.

2. is that shadow when move hover over empty space on tabbar an intentional design? Im not sure if thats necessary.

It has two reasons.
To hit the new tab button is much easier.
It is not possible to change the tab background behavior. (Moving a window by dragging the tab background is now possible to add)
And without such a change and only a small new tab button would it looks like a part of the titlebar, but with a buggy behavior.

I might as will upload this pic right now, dont wanna keep it on desktop anymore.

Most have been already mentioned, but here are some:

Leechblock is great for getting your productivity on.
Vimperator is true mouseless browsing, absolutely incredible addon.

now thats what I mean by good "tab on top design", doesn't sacrifice the functionality.

I have to say Im glad, and also surprised that this actually comes from a firefox theme first.

Yeah, the Chrome implementation is somewhere between Safari's and this theme. There's something about Safari's implementation that feels a little off. Can't quite get used to it.

Very nice theme. Very much what I was looking for, too bad it's 3.5 only. I've edited userChrome.css to tabs on top in 3.0 it's a butt ugly solution.

Oh, and what's with the cat and mouse game between Adblock+ and NoScript. I think what NoScript's doing is a little underhanded and would uninstall it if there were anything that were anywhere close to being able to do what it does.

Forecastfox - International weather forecasts for toolbar/status bar

Update Notifier - Notifies you when updates are available for themes/extensions

Here's what I use:

NoScript (allow scripts and plug-ins only on trusted sites)
Adblock Plus (make annoying web ads go away)
Greasemonkey (user scripts to modify sites)
Stylish (user styles to modify sites)
Nuke Anything Enhanced (real useful, this. Right click any element, choose remove from contextual menu, and it's gone.)

-Adblock Plus

-Change the firefox settings to this to make it REALLY fast

- If you have a macbook or macbook pro, get Multiclutch ( http://wcrawford.org/2008/02/28/everytime-i-think-about-you-i-touch-my-cell/ ) to setup the 3 finger swipes and all the multitouch features safari has.

Amen! I love this. I have used it since I first got my Unibody MBP. I have the 3 finger swipes go to the adjacent tab in the direction I swipe.
