Ethernet cable stuck in powerbook!!!! Help!

So I'm sitting here on the floor of my boyfriend's apartment, trying to use his internet while he's at work...and what do you know, the ethernet cable is now stuck in my new powerbook and won't disconnect?!? 😱 Suggestions??

The little tab on the plug that keeps it locked in place has probably broken off. You can usually depress what's left of it with a pin.
