I just noticed while looking on internet that there is no good and simple app for spoofing MAC address for Lion/Snow leopard. Therefore, I thought I would share my solution that I have been using for past one year for Snow Leopard and now for Lion as well. It is a shell command file and it works for my system and I haven't done any testing on any other machines. Please use it at your own risk.
