Ethernet Not Working

Hello,

My iMac 21" thunderbolt's ethernet interface shows network cable is unplugged despite doing the following:

1- Changing ethernet cable
2- Changing router/switch
3- Apple Hardware Test which shows everything is working ok
4- System Profiler shows the device
5- Under Windows the device is available but network is unplugged

I would appreciate any help I can get
